Two thirds of your suitcase is air. Take it back.

The Aerless kit is a reusable bag and a pocket-sized rechargeable pump. Pack the way you already pack, draw the air out, and the stack drops away from the lid while you watch. Nothing leaves the bag but air.

60%
more space, as the maker measures it

Cut a packed case in half and the clothes are the small part. What fights the lid is the air between the folds — and air is the one thing you can take back out. Aerless publishes 60% more space and 15+ items per bag on its own store.

“The game-changer you’ve been looking for.”

Forbes, as quoted on the official Aerless store

Three steps, and no vacuum cleaner

  1. Pack the bag as normal

Same folds, same order, same clothes. The bag goes where your packing cubes would have gone.

  2. Close the zip

Run it fully to the stop. The zip is the seal, so this is the step worth taking slowly.

  3. Hold the pump to the valve

It runs off its own rechargeable battery. No wall socket, and nothing to plug in at the other end.

What is in the kit

  • Waterproof & odor-proofSealing the air out seals wet and smells in.
  • USB-C rechargeable pumpRated by the maker at 15+ trips on one charge.
  • Reusable, soft-sidedConforms to the case, unlike rigid cubes you build around.

Us vs. them: what actually matters

The comparison Aerless publishes on its own store, against no vacuum bags at all and against a cheap vacuum kit.

What it does not do

It removes space, not weight. A compressed bag weighs exactly what it weighed loose — the air was never the heavy part. If your airline’s limit is kilograms, this will not help you meet it. What it changes is the other limit: the box at the gate that your bag is a couple of centimetres too fat for.

“I bought compression bags before and they jammed.”

Fair, and it is usually the zip. On this kit the zip is the seal, so it rewards being closed slowly and kept clear of loose threads. Reviews do include people who caught a thread and had trouble; the 100-day money back guarantee is what stands behind that.

“The pump is one more thing to charge and lose.”

Also fair. It is small enough to lose, and buyers say it is audible for the few seconds it runs. What you get for carrying it is the part manual bags cannot do — real suction, anywhere, with no socket.

They are much better than the cheap bags from Amazon and you don’t need a vacuum cleaner.
